The KLR650 Front Sprocket Case Saver by B&B Off Road – The main section of the case saver is CNC machined from a 6mm thick 5083 structural grade aluminium plate with a 4mm thick aluminium front sprocket cover. It’s a welded one-piece design to replace the OEM plastic sprocket cover. This guard provides some added protection in the case of a chain derailment and allows easy cleaning of built-up dirt, mud and other debris.
